What is DesignTerus?
DesignTerus is an online platform that allows users to design, customize and purchase t-shirts. It connects designers, buyers, and suppliers in one system.
Who can use DesignTerus?
Anyone — from individuals who love personalized fashion to small brands, influencers, or designers who want to create their own t-shirts.
Do I need any design experience to use DesignTerus?
No. The built-in design tool lets you upload artwork, design, draw, add text, and preview in real time.
Design & Customization
How can I start designing my t-shirt?
Go to Design Your Own, choose your preferred colour and size, then use the built-in editor to upload artwork, design, draw, or add text.
What file types are supported for upload?
PNG, JPG, or SVG with a minimum of 96 dpi is recommended to avoid blurry images.
What is the print size?

Can I preview my design before ordering?
Yes. You’ll get model and flat mockup previews before checkout to see how your design looks on the product.
Can I retrieve my completed design later?
Yes. Log in and click Completed Designs. You can return anytime to preview and purchase.
What printer will be used for DTG?
Epson SureColor SC-F2230 is used for both printing styles. See the product page for more details.
Orders & Purchases
How do I place an order?
Browse Design You Own and create your own design, save it, and add to cart for purchase.
What payment methods are accepted?
Online banking (FPX).
How long does it take to receive my order?
Standard delivery takes 3–7 working days after payment confirmation. Next-day delivery is available for Klang Valley if you order before 12:00 PM.
How can I track my order?
After checkout, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or in your dashboard. You can also check delivery status in My Purchase Tab.
Delivery & Returns
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your regional location (Peninsular, Sabah/Sarawak and Klang Valley).

How do I create an account?
Click Sign Up and register using your email or sign in manually. You’ll need an account to design, purchase, and track orders.
How can I contact DesignTerus support?
Are my data and artworks protected?
Yes. All user data and uploaded artwork are protected under our Privacy Policy and Intellectual Property Terms. Though DesignTerus admin has the right to reject designs, DesignTerus will treat all user designs as confidential, unless needed for lawsuit investigation.
